Getting to and around Seaside, Florida is simple, convenient, and thoughtfully managed to preserve the walkable charm of our town center. Whether you are staying in Seaside or visiting for the day, shuttle and parking options are designed to enhance your experience while maintaining accessibility for homeowners and guests.
Complimentary Shuttle Service in Seaside
Seaside offers a convenient shuttle service to help reduce traffic congestion and provide easy access to the town center—especially during peak travel seasons.
Daily Shuttle Hours:
- 6:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight (primary season)
- Extended service during peak holiday periods (including late-night service through 2:00 AM on select dates such as New Year’s Eve)
Shuttle Pick-Up Location:
- East side of Highway 283 in Grayton Beach
- Public parking lot across from the Shops of Grayton (lower lot)
- Drop-off location: Under the Lyceum Archway in the heart of Seaside
Shuttles typically arrive within 15 minutes and operate daily during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons. Service is paused during most winter months, with the exception of high-traffic holiday periods (December 26 – January 2).
This expanded shuttle system supports increased seasonal traffic and ensures a smooth, enjoyable arrival into Seaside’s vibrant town center.
Hourly Parking in Seaside Town Center
To maintain parking availability and improve guest access, Seaside operates a pay-by-the-hour parking program during primary travel seasons (beginning March 1).
Parking is located along Smolian Circle, with clearly marked zone signage upon arrival. Guests simply enter their license plate number and payment information through the Passport Parking platform.
Hourly Parking Rates:
- 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: $5 per hour
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM: $7 per hour
- 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: $5 per hour
Rates may vary depending on occupancy levels and special events to ensure proper availability.
Visitors are encouraged to download the Passport Parking App in advance for a seamless parking experience.
Quick-Stop Parking:
- Complimentary 1-hour and 15-minute spaces are available for short visits.
Parking for Seaside Vacation Rental Guests
If you are staying within Seaside Town Center, your vacation rental provider will issue a parking pass valid for designated areas throughout your stay.
Guests of Homeowner’s Collection properties can enjoy the convenience of walking or biking to Central Square, the Seaside Amphitheater, and the beach pavilions—minimizing the need for daily vehicle use.
