Seaside Spring Break Policies — March 7 – April 19, 2026
Curfew for Unaccompanied Minors (18 & Under) To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Seaside will enforce a 7:00 PM CST curfew for unaccompanied minors (18 and under) without parental supervision. This applies throughout Seaside, including:
- Town Square, 25 Central Square, and Airstream Row
- All residential streets, including East Ruskin Street, West Ruskin Street, and others
Minors must be accompanied by an adult in all of the above areas after 7:00 PM.
Security Additional security measures will be in place throughout Seaside during this period.
Controlled Entry Plan — April 6 - April 10
Both residential and commercial areas will continue to enforce a 7:00 p.m. curfew for individuals under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by an adult.
Due to anticipated heavy traffic, a controlled entry plan will be in effect for the residential area from Monday, April 6, through Friday, April 10. During this time, all residential streets will be closed to incoming traffic daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Access to the residential area will be limited to three controlled entry and exit points:
- Pensacola Street
- East Ruskin Street
- Seaside Avenue
These access points will remain open for owners and their guests staying within the residential area. Please note that a valid residential decal will be required for entry through these access points.
We kindly ask for your cooperation with our Security team and request that barriers not be moved or removed.
