Outdoor living defines the Saratoga experience. Two expansive Southern-facing porches span the length of the home, creating multiple spaces to relax, gather, and enjoy Seaside’s coastal breezes. The upper-level porch now features a new oversized daybed swing, offering the perfect spot for afternoon naps, reading, or evening cocktails. A foosball table and additional swing seating create a casual and inviting atmosphere for guests of all ages.

On the ground level, a newly added Adirondack seating area for four provides another comfortable outdoor gathering space beneath the coastal sky. Wonderful family Christmas stay at Saratoga. The house is in excellent condition, well stocked, nice furniture, internet, YouTube TV, steps from the beach.. what's not to like. My only recommendation is to get some better blinds in the master bedroom.

Loved our stay at Saratoga. We were there for a girls weekend trip for our friend's wedding and couldn't have picked a better property. Great location with walking distance to the beach, the pool, the restaurants, the wedding venue. Super convenient! And the house was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When there was an outlet or thermostat issue, the property was very responsive and addressed quickly. We would stay here again...with friends and/or family!
