This cottage is by far the best choice for convenience to everything. The floor plan is great and perfect for a small family. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the space in the living area is full of sunshine and charm. This is our second summer to visit and we will book it again in the future. The best is the distance to the beach close that the walk is great to get to your beach pavilion. Easy to get to the center of Seaside, great for night walks and 2 porches for some quiet time and meditation. We love it and will be back!

O Happy Day fits us to a T. Comfy communal spaces both indoors and out, roomy bedrooms and an airy tower space. It's a four after each adventure. The Homeowner's Collection personnel, as always, were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

So originally we had booked a different house and got a call 2 days before our vacation that the AC was broken on that house and would we like to switch to this house instead. We were so bummed but then ended up falling in love with O Happy Day! The pictures dont do it justice and the location is perfect. We loved being able to walk into town via the little footpaths. All in all it was a wonderful week at a wonderful house and I will definitely be booking with Homeowners Collection again because of the way they handled the whole situation.

This was our second stay at Oh, Happy Day. Its a very comfortable house with two great porches, a tower view., etc. its a short walk to the beach and the adult swimming pool. Perfect for our family of four.
