Thoughtful Design with Elevator Access

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a private foyer featuring elevator access to all levels, making unloading luggage and groceries effortless. An interior staircase complements the elevator, while warm maple hardwood floors extend throughout the home, enhancing the light, coastal aesthetic.

Second-Floor Bedroom Suites

The second level features two beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite offers French doors opening to a wrap-around covered porch, a spacious closet, an LCD TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The guest king suite also includes an ensuite bath with a deep shower and pedestal sink. A full laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer is conveniently located on this floor.

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break &Summer; 3 nights Fall; 2 nights winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. (Only available for rent from Memorial Day through Oct. 1st)

  • Personalized guest service throughout your stay with starter amenities provided
  • Parking passes: One pass issued for one-bedroom cottages; two passes issued for two-bedroom and larger homes (golf carts are considered vehicles)
  • Golf carts are prohibited for non-homeowners in Seaside; special circumstances or medical needs require a golf cart permit

We highly recommend As Luck Would Have It. Weve stayed in many of the cottages over the years and decided to take a chance on a place closer to the common area of Seaside. The risk paid off! We loved the location as much as the interior. It was quiet (we stayed mid-week) and absolutely loved the view from both deck levels. The beds were so so so comfortable! Take a chance here!
