The joys of coming to Seaside during Winter: - Low rates! - No crowds! (although the Half Marathon/5K race was this weekend)- The weather can be warm enough to sit out on the beach! - You can park your vehicle and never move it the entire trip! That last perk makes the entire stay worthwhile. This rental property includes a hangtag for parking in three designated spots, so you can park your car and never have to drive anywhere for the entire stay. And if you do have to run to Publix for some last minute supplies, your spot will be there when you return. This spacious 2BR unit is perfect for 2 adult couples. As with most of these condos, a staircase (roughly 10-15 stairs) takes you to the second floor bedrooms, so be prepared to haul your suitcase up (ie pack light!) The condo is on the backside of the building and does not overlook the amphitheater (which could be a good thing for the noise level) but faces the West for perfect sunset views! The unit comes furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Note that the Cabana Man beach service is closed in winter so bring your own chairs/umbrellas if you come this time of year. HC provides you with paper goods, shampoo/conditioner/soap, clothes washing soap, etc. Overall a great place to stay year round!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo and it was fantastic. It was steps away from the beach along all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to get around by foot or bike. The condo for very clean and felt comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

This was a perfect spot for our beach vacation. We were so close to everything. We parked our car when we got there and didn't get in again until we left. The owners have thought of everything. You are so close to the beach and so many amenities. We will definitely be staying again!
