Introducing The Court - an iconic destination in Seaside, Florida. The Court has undergone an 18-month renovation, with every detail in mind. The Court has 8 guest rooms overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden, centrally located with outdoor seating, just steps from the beautiful beach, “Black Bear Bread Company”, downtown Seaside, The Coleman Pavilion Beach access, and the Seaside amphitheater.

The Court was previously known as “The Motorcourt”, which was originally called the “No Tell Motel.” Back in the day, the Motor court offered guests an updated version of a classic motor court. The building was designed by American architect Scott Merill, who was a recipient of the Driehaus Architecture Prize in 2016. Over the years, the building was used for administrative offices and now has been completely renovated, premiering as “The Court”- a vacation destination, unlike any other.

This 2.5-story suite, “The Ivory Tower”, is the perfect spot if you are looking for an enchanting and peaceful getaway for two. The Ivory Tower is located at the south end of The Court lawn with a king primary and stunning gulf views from the tower loft. Enter the first floor with a king primary featuring a bright coastal vibe, a custom built-in desk for working remotely, a mounted Samsung Frame TV, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed rain shower.

The artful spiral staircase ascends to the large open second-floor living area with Serena and Lily furnishings throughout, Gray Malin art, and a Juliette balcony overlooking the lush garden lawn. Luxury details are found throughout this floor featuring designer furnishings, a Nespresso coffee station, an under-counter refrigerator, and a half bath for guest use on this living room floor. The enclosed bonus tower loft provides the perfect escape with seating for two and stunning gulf views. This unit faces a shared rear garden lawn beautifully landscaped and furnished with chaise lounges to enjoy.

This space has been flawlessly and thoughtfully designed from luxury Peacock Alley linens to coastal Serena & Lily furnishings throughout. All spaces have ample built-in custom storage, two Court logo beach towels, two insulated tumblers, an insulated water jug, and two plush bathrobes for use during your stay.

* Each booking comes with a complimentary Cabana Man beach chair set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)  and complimentary swim and tennis.  Room rates include complimentary Cabana Man beach set up from March 1st - November 30th depending on availability.

*The Court is a 2-night minimum year round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No one under 25 years of age allowed.

While we have been visiting the 30A area and shopping at Seaside for over 15 years, this was our first time staying at Seaside. We found that we enjoyed being close to all of the things Seaside has to offer. We really enjoyed having breakfast at Black Bear Coffee each morning especially since it is basically a part of the property. The staff of The Court was amazing to work with. Dan came out to greet us with our parking pass upon arrival and helped us get our things to the room where he went over all of the things we needed to know for our stay. While this was our first stay here, it will definitely not be our last.
