Welcome to The Court 7, a refined Queen guest residence within The Court, one of Seaside Florida’s most iconic vacation rental destinations. Following an extensive eighteen month renovation, The Court has been carefully reimagined to balance historic character with modern luxury. Eight thoughtfully designed guest residences surround a beautifully landscaped central garden, creating a peaceful retreat just steps from the best of Seaside.

From The Court 7, guests are moments from the white sand beach, the Coleman Pavilion beach access, Black Bear Bread Company, the Seaside Amphitheater, and the vibrant downtown town center, all easily reached on foot.

A Storied Property with Timeless Design

Originally known as the Motorcourt and once referred to as the No Tell Motel, this property has long been part of Seaside’s architectural fabric. Designed by acclaimed American architect Scott Merrill, recipient of the Driehaus Architecture Prize, the original Motorcourt offered travelers a refined interpretation of classic roadside lodging.

After years of use as administrative offices, the building has been fully restored and reborn as The Court, a distinctive vacation destination that honors its history while delivering an elevated coastal experience.

Court Style Queen Room

The Court 7 is one of six standard court style Queen rooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and a connection to the outdoors. This residence overlooks the property’s landscaped central garden and open green space known as The Lawn, offering calming views throughout the day.

Inside, the room features a queen bed dressed in luxurious Peacock Alley linens, custom built in storage, and a dedicated desk nook ideal for remote work. Serena and Lily furnishings and coastal textures give the space a light, welcoming feel that reflects Seaside’s relaxed elegance.

Refined In Room Amenities

Guests enjoy a built in coffee station complete with a Nespresso maker, an under counter refrigerator, and ample storage for a clutter free stay. The oversized private bathroom includes a large vanity, a marble tiled walk in shower, and a rainfall showerhead with wand. Two plush bathrobes are provided for added comfort.

Additional features include blackout shades for privacy, enhanced soundproofing for a restful stay, a Samsung Smart Frame television, and a dedicated WiFi booster to ensure reliable connectivity throughout your visit.

Private Porch Overlooking The Lawn

Each room opens to a private side porch overlooking the lush lawn and garden. Furnished with a custom hanging bed and a Utility Canvas throw, this outdoor space offers the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or an evening glass of wine. It serves as a peaceful extension of the room, providing a quiet moment away from the activity of town.

An Unbeatable Seaside Location

One of the defining features of The Court 7 is its central yet secluded location. Guests are steps from Seaside’s shops, dining, live music, and beach access, while still enjoying a calm and private atmosphere upon returning to the property. The Court 7 offers a thoughtfully designed home base for exploring Seaside and the greater Florida Panhandle.

The Court requires a two-night minimum year-round and a one-night minimum in winter. The booking calendar is available up to one year in advance for the general public. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age are allowed; The Court is an adults-only residence.

We were a last-minute walk-up guest, and we can't say enough good things about the staff and the facilities. The on-site staff and the reservation ladies made us feel like old friends. They went out of their way to get a room ready and take care of the details for us as we enjoyed our day. The room was so nice and clean, plenty of room for us to relax and get a good night's sleep after enjoying the area. We definitely will be back.

The Court was a great spot for a few days in Seaside for my husband and me. The room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us for our short stay. The bathroom renovations were nice and the mini fridge and coffee maker were convenient. The on-site ice maker was also a nice amenity.
