Welcome to The Court, a one of a kind vacation rental destination in the heart of Seaside, Florida. Following an extensive eighteen month renovation, The Court has been thoughtfully reimagined with every detail carefully considered, blending historic character with modern luxury. This iconic property features eight guest residences centered around a beautifully landscaped garden with outdoor seating, creating a peaceful retreat just steps from Seaside’s most beloved destinations.

Guests are moments from the sugar white sand beach, the Coleman Pavilion beach access, Black Bear Bread Company, the Seaside Amphitheater, and the vibrant downtown town center, all while enjoying a setting that feels tucked away and serene.

A Historic Seaside Landmark Reimagined

Originally known as the Motorcourt and once called the No Tell Motel, this building has long been part of Seaside’s architectural story. Designed by renowned American architect Scott Merrill, recipient of the Driehaus Architecture Prize, the Motorcourt originally offered travelers a refined take on the classic roadside stay.

After years of serving as administrative offices, the property has undergone a complete transformation. Today, it premieres as The Court, a luxury vacation rental experience unlike any other in Seaside, honoring its past while offering a fresh, elevated vision for modern travelers.

Thoughtfully Designed Court Style Guest Rooms

The Court features six standard court style guest rooms, each designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a seamless coastal experience. Every room overlooks the property’s central landscaped garden and open green space known as The Lawn, creating a calming visual connection to nature throughout your stay.

Each court style room includes a queen bed dressed in luxurious Peacock Alley linens, custom built in storage, and a dedicated desk nook ideal for working remotely. Serena and Lily furnishings and soft coastal textures bring warmth and refinement to every space.

Elevated In Room Comforts and Amenities

Every guest room is equipped with a built in coffee station complete with a Nespresso maker, an under counter refrigerator, and ample storage to fully unpack and settle in. The oversized private bathrooms feature large vanities, marble tiled walk in showers, rainfall showerheads with wands, and two plush bathrobes provided for your comfort.

For rest and relaxation, rooms are outfitted with blackout shades, enhanced soundproofing, a Samsung Smart Frame television, and a dedicated WiFi booster, ensuring both serenity and connectivity throughout your stay.

Private Porches and Garden Views

Each room opens to its own private side porch overlooking the lush lawn and garden. Furnished with a custom hanging bed and Utility Canvas throw, this outdoor space is perfect for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon reading, or a glass of wine in the evening breeze. These quiet porches create an intimate extension of each room, offering a peaceful escape just outside your door.

An Unmatched Location in Seaside

One of The Court’s most defining features is its location. Guests are steps away from Seaside’s dining, shopping, live music, and beach access, yet return to a setting that feels calm and secluded. Whether you are visiting for a weekend getaway, a longer coastal stay, or a special occasion, The Court offers a refined home base in one of the most walkable and sought after destinations in the Florida Panhandle.

The Court requires a two-night minimum year-round and a one-night minimum in winter. The booking calendar is available up to one year in advance for the general public. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age are allowed; The Court is an adults-only residence.

This was our third beach vacation at The Court. Everything is top notch! The designated parking space, beach chairs and umbrella, beautiful navy and white decor, comfy mattress, coffee, water and ice machine on site, short walk to shopping, resturants, bikes, pools, and most importantly the beach! �� Dan was amazing!

Really loved the Court and will be back. Very beach feel, clean and great service. Location is perfect. You get beach access with your own chairs, bike rentals and the restaurants and coffee are 1 minutes away. Loved it
