The Court, Seaside’s iconic historic motor court, has been thoughtfully restored to combine classic American travel nostalgia with modern coastal luxury. Each room overlooks the property’s serene central garden, creating a peaceful boutique retreat just steps from the Gulf of Mexico.

Prime Location & Beach Access

Just a 2-minute walk from Coleman Pavilion beach access, The Court offers complimentary Cabana Man beach service, including two chairs and an umbrella (March 1–November 30). Guests are moments from Seaside’s restaurants, boutique shops, the amphitheater, and Black Bear Bread Co., putting the best of the town center within easy reach.

Luxurious Accommodations

Rooms feature plush queen beds with Peacock Alley linens, stylish Serena & Lily furnishings, and spa-inspired bathrooms with marble-tiled showers, rainfall and hand-held showerheads, and plush robes. Thoughtful amenities include a Samsung Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi with booster, Nespresso coffee station, mini refrigerator, soundproofing, and ample storage.

Private Outdoor Spaces

Step onto your private porch with a custom hanging bed and cozy throw, overlooking The Lawn, The Court’s beautifully landscaped central garden. Enjoy morning coffee, evening wine, or quiet moments of reflection in this tranquil outdoor setting.

The Court requires a two-night minimum year-round and a one-night minimum in winter. The booking calendar is available up to one year in advance for the general public. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age are allowed; The Court is an adults-only residence.

Perfect location for exploring Seaside. The accommodations exceeded my expectations and were truly delightful. I would absolutely choose to stay here again. We took advantage of the bikes but didn't stay long enough to enjoy the other amenities (pool, fitness, etc). There is a nice bakery/coffee shop next door.
