Guests are just a half block from the Seaside Amphitheater and only one block from beach access at Coleman Pavilion.

One of the standout features of Cherished by The Sea is the oversized wrap-around balcony, accessed through a private exterior stairway entrance. This furnished outdoor retreat offers multiple lounging and dining areas, including an outdoor dining table, Adirondack seating for four, and three chaise loungers. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee, enjoying sunset cocktails, or taking in some of the best people-watching in Seaside, the balcony delivers front-row views of town life with refreshing coastal breezes.

Open-Concept Living with a Modern Beach Vibe

Inside, the condo features a bright and open floor plan that seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The updated full-size kitchen includes bar seating for three and everything needed for easy coastal meals. Adjacent, the dining area comfortably seats six, making it ideal for shared meals after a beach day. The living room is anchored by a sectional sofa that converts to a queen sleeper, allowing for additional guest accommodations. Three sets of French doors flood the space with natural light and provide effortless access to the balcony.

Two Private Bedroom Suites for Comfort & Privacy

The primary king suite offers a peaceful retreat with a flat-screen TV, dresser, ample closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. A convenient stackable washer and dryer is tucked into the closet for guest use. The second bedroom features a queen bed, mounted flat-screen TV, private closet, and its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. French doors from this bedroom also open directly onto the wrap-around balcony, extending indoor-outdoor living.

Cherished by The Sea offers a truly walkable Seaside experience. Guests are steps from Ruskin Park, half a block from Central Square and the Amphitheater, and moments from over 40 shops and dining options. With the beach just one block away, you can park your car and enjoy Seaside entirely on foot or bike.

Whether you’re traveling with your four-legged companion or simply seeking a front-row seat to Seaside’s charm, Cherished by The Sea delivers an unforgettable stay in one of the town’s most iconic locations.

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, & Summer; 3 night minimum Fall, 2 night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  No children ages 13-19 during Spring Break season.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $125 pet fee, for 2-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 20 lbs. Only one dog allowed.

  • 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.   
  • Additional parking can be found in the parking lot next to Early Morning Hours or other available spaces along Quincy Circle, or additional vehicles can pay the daily rate to park in the paid parking areas
  • Pet-friendly up to 20 lbs. and only one dog

The rental was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved the wrap around balcony. The beach was just steps away from our front door as well as all the shops and a huge selection so of eateries. Absolutely wonderful!!! We couldnt have asked for a better location for our beach stay!!

We love to stay at this perfectly located 2br 2bath rental. Can't get a better location in Seaside and if one of our kids decides to join us the 2nd bedroom comes in handy.
