Once you arrive, you can park the car and enjoy everything Seaside has to offer on foot or bike.

Situated on a sunny corner lot at 141 Smolian Circle, this charming coastal retreat features expansive porches and a generous yard—ideal for outdoor gatherings and family fun. The house was perfect; the kitchen was the heart of this home & much good conversation & outstanding meals & game competition happened around the table. The location was ideal; a easy walk to the beach. The teens enjoyed so close to the town square. Just sitting on the front porch was relaxing as we watched other vacationers go by. We will definitely be back.
