The main level offers an inviting, open layout designed for gathering and relaxation. The living area features newly updated furnishings, including a loveseat, accent chairs, and a queen sleeper sofa, while the bench-style dining area comfortably seats up to eight.
The fully renovated kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, a four-burner electric stove, mounted microwave, and dishwasher—everything needed for easy family meals and entertaining. A full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also located on this level.
First-Floor Primary Suite
The spacious king primary suite is located on the first floor and includes a cozy seating area, ample storage, and a large mounted flat-screen TV. The renovated ensuite marble bathroom features dual vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, offering a spa-like retreat after a day in the sun.
Second-Floor Guest Rooms & Outdoor Living
Upstairs, the queen guest bedroom includes its own mounted flat-screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and generous storage. This room shares access to the furnished open-air front porch, which spans the length of the home.
The third bedroom is a custom-built bunk room, thoughtfully designed with built-in storage, reading lights, and its own wall-mounted TV. Featuring a twin-over-queen bunk, this room sleeps three and also opens onto the expansive front porch.
The porch is furnished with two Adirondack chaise loungers and a rocker, creating the perfect spot for afternoon reading or an evening glass of wine.

Located right on West Ruskin Street, the ideal setting and features of this beach cottage are hard to beat. *A non-refundable pet fee of $275.00 (plus sales tax) is required. Pets Allowed: Please select under pet options and the $275 pet fee will be added to the reservation for online bookings during the checkout process.
* 5 night minimum Spring, Summer, & Spring Break; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $150 pet fee for three-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No dog over 70 lbs.
