With its mint-green exterior and crisp white trim, Greenback immediately captures classic Seaside charm. Inside, the 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath layout is expertly designed to maximize space and comfort, featuring bamboo flooring throughout and modern fixtures that elevate the coastal-cottage experience.

Ideal for couples or small families, Greenback comfortably accommodates guests with a well-appointed interior. The main living area features a flat-screen TV, a twin sleeper sofa, and a cozy dining nook for two. The galley-style kitchen includes a four-burner stove, compact dishwasher, and everything needed for simple meals after a day at the beach.

A downstairs loveseat easily converts into an additional twin sleeping option, providing flexible accommodations for guests who need just a bit more room.

Private Bedroom & Relaxing Outdoor Views

Upstairs, the queen primary bedroom opens directly onto a private covered balcony, offering treetop views and a peek of the Gulf—an ideal setting for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. A full bath with a tub/shower combination is located on this level, while a convenient half bath serves the main floor.

Outdoor Living & Added Conveniences

After a beach day, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water before settling in for a relaxing evening. A washer and dryer add everyday convenience, making longer stays even more comfortable.

A sandy footpath leads directly to the private West Ruskin Pavilion, providing exclusive beach access just moments from your door. Greenback is also pet friendly for dogs up to 50 pounds, allowing your four-legged companion to enjoy Seaside with you.

As the guest cottage to nearby Greenpeace, Greenback offers privacy, charm, and unbeatable proximity to everything that makes Seaside special. From the beach to the Town Square, this inviting cottage delivers a quintessential 30A vacation experience—relaxed, walkable, and effortlessly charming.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $100 pet fee.
