Held on the Seaside Pavilion lawn behind the SEASIDE® Pop-Up District, this community-centered practice invites homeowners and guests to begin their day grounded, energized, and connected to the natural beauty that defines Seaside, Florida.

Class Schedule & Season
Yoga on the Seaside Pavilion runs seasonally from:

Class Time:
- Vinyasa Yoga – 8:30 AM
- Offered 7 days a week, weather permitting
Classes are held daily unless there is inclement weather. No preregistration is required—simply arrive a few minutes early and join the flow.
What to Bring & What to Expect
Participants are encouraged to bring:
- A yoga mat or large towel
- Water or a hydration bottle
- Comfortable athletic wear suitable for outdoor practice
