Located just three houses from beach access and a five-minute walk from Seaside’s town center, this
home places guests within easy walking distance of Seaside’s iconic beach pavilions, over 40 shops and
restaurants, and bike paths. Private access to the Odessa Pavilion provides a convenient, uncrowded
entry to Seaside’s sugar-white sand beaches and emerald Gulf waters.
It’s rare double lot offers added privacy—an exceptional find so close to the beach and Central Square.

Comfortable, Light-Filled Interiors Designed for Relaxation

Step inside to an inviting open-concept living space that blends coastal comfort with functionality.
The main living area features a slipcovered sofa, two club chairs, and double doors opening to an
airy porch. Adjacent is a dining area with a farmhouse table for eight, leading to a bonus second
living room with a large flat-screen TV, built-in cabinetry, a generous sofa, and a curated book
collection. The renovated kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine
and beverage fridge, a double-door Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a central four-burner gas stovetop.
Two breakfast bars—one seating three near the dining area and another seating two off the main
living room—create a welcoming hub for casual meals, coffee, or evening cocktails.

Two bedrooms are located on the main level. One includes twin bunk beds plus an additional twin and a
private full bath, making it perfect for children or extra guests. The second main-level bedroom offers a
queen bed with private access to a hall bath (shower only).
Private Upper-Level Retreats & Tower Room Views

The second floor is dedicated to the primary king suite with ensuite bath. This bedroom has its own TV, a
sitting area with table, and dresser. The private bath features a single vanity and a glass enclosed walk in
shower with three shower heads. Just off the primary is direct access to a beautifully furnished open
deck—an ideal spot to enjoy coastal breezes.

At the top of the home, the third-floor tower room offers a full bed and sweeping panoramic views of
the Gulf through surrounding windows. (Please note: access to the tower room requires climbing steep
stairs and may not be suitable for all guests.)

With its unbeatable location, generous lot size, and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, 32

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must
be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Weve been coming to this special place by the sea for over 35 years and it always feels like we are coming home. Sunsets on our favorite pavilion seems to be a place where we always meet new friends and take photos with our best of friends.

Perfect cottage for our summer vacation. We dined outdoors every evening in the gazebo. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. My favorite reading nook was the upstairs porch off the master bedroom. Out family cant wait to come back!
