The first level features the king primary bedroom down with ensuite bathroom,  new furnishings, and custom built-in storage and cabinetry. There is a new full size washer and dryer for longer stays.

The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishware and ample chef-quality cookware, making meals at home easy and enjoyable.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the light filled living area is furnished with all-new designer seating, including a plush queen sleeper sofa accommodating two additional guests, and a large mounted flat-screen TV—ideal for cozy movie nights. A designated bistro-style dining area for two sits just off the living and dining space, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee.
