We enjoyed our stay in Seaside. The home was beautiful and in a great location walking distance to all the fun. The property management team was probably the best I've ever dealt with over the years and I've rented A LOT of home. They stopped by to check on us after our arrival and kept in touch via text. This was our Milton evacuation hideaway and we feel so lucky to have stayed at My Three Sons cottage. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The linens, toiletries, coffee, wine, beach towels were all chosen thoughtfully and were so appreciated by our group of 4.

This house was prefect & just right for a group of 9. Son slept on pull out couch so 8 is best if you don't want to sleep there. The location was prefect easy walk to beach and town square. Great house porches are amazing!

We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that the property manager graciously reached out and gave us early access which was super helpful.The service was excellent! The home is totally renovated and tastefully appointed to support 1 large or 2 small families.Location is top notch for reasons with a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to Seaside CommonsWe stay in Seaside usually 1-2 times a year and this has been one of the better experiences

We chose to came back to this home for a 2nd time after staying at many homes in Seaside. It's a great location, cozy, clean and fits our family of 6. My favorite part is the 2nd floor balcony! We spend a lot of time there as it offers a breeze and you feel like you are perched in a tree house. The kitchen is small, but it's all we need for a week. The living area is decorated beautifully!
