A full bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower completes this level. This floor also includes a full-size washer and dryer, a rare luxury in Seaside’s guest cottages.

Third Floor – Private King Suite

The top floor features a serene king bedroom with designer furnishings, a flat-screen TV, a small closet, and a private full bath. Elevated above the treetops, this suite offers the perfect hideaway for couples seeking quiet and privacy.

A rear gate opens to a sandy footpath that leads toward Seaside’s tennis courts, fitness center, and recreational amenities. The beach is just 352 yards away, an easy, scenic stroll along Seaside’s iconic brick streets. Beach toys for children are also provided.
