Arrival & First Floor Layout
Guests are welcomed by a spacious front deck that sets the tone for relaxed coastal living. The entire first floor is dedicated to sleeping accommodations, offering four bedrooms—each with a private ensuite bathroom.
Two south-side king suites provide comfortable retreats, with one suite featuring bathroom grab bars at both the toilet and shower for added accessibility. On the north side of the home are two twin bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination, making them well suited for children or adults.
Also on the first floor is a foyer and media area, furnished with a sofa, two club chairs, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a stereo soundbar—an ideal space for movie nights or relaxing between beach outings.
Second Floor Living Areas with Gulf Views
The second floor opens to a bright, open-concept living space with breathtaking Gulf views and abundant natural light. The living room offers comfortable seating, high ceilings, and a mounted flat-screen TV. Nearby, a card table provides a dedicated space for games, while the dining area comfortably seats eight guests for shared meals.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a five-burner electric cooktop, and a large Sub-Zero refrigerator. A breakfast bar with seating for four adds additional casual dining space.
Outdoor Living & Open-Air Porches
Outdoor living is a standout feature of Lemonade Stand. On the Gulf-facing side of the second floor, an open-air porch features Adirondack bar seating for four, creating the perfect vantage point for morning coffee, sunset views, and panoramic Gulf scenery.
At the front of the home, an additional spacious porch offers alfresco dining for eight, allowing guests to enjoy meals outdoors in the coastal breeze.
Second Floor Bedrooms
Also located on the second floor are two additional bedrooms:
- Primary King Suite: This spacious retreat includes built-in closets, a dedicated desk for remote work, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and single vanity.
- Queen Bedroom: This bedroom features a custom-built queen bed and a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
