Upstairs, the primary bedroom opens to its own screened-in porch with a charming swing, providing a peaceful retreat with added privacy.

Inside, the cottage welcomes guests with a bright, open living area featuring a mounted flat-screen TV, a bistro-style dining table, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The compact yet efficient kitchen is equipped with everything needed for simple meals, including a two-burner electric stovetop, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware. Please note, this kitchen does not include an oven. A full bathroom on the main level includes a single vanity and walk-in shower for convenience.
