The home features an open-air front porch with seating for four, overlooking a private fenced side yard—perfect for morning coffee or casual conversation. Around back, you’ll find a spacious covered porch with outdoor seating and ample storage for beach gear, as well as a rear deck with outdoor dining and a charcoal grill for easy family meals under the sun or stars.

Step inside to an open-concept main level designed for effortless gathering. The living area offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, flowing seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for three. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that comfortably seats six, ideal for shared meals and evening conversations. Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

• Primary Suite: A spacious queen bedroom with a private ensuite bath, generous closet space, and its own open-air balcony overlooking a peaceful yard—perfect for unwinding after a beach day.
• Second Bedroom: Features a cozy double bed and access to a shared full bathroom.
• Third Bedroom: Ideal for kids or extra guests, this room includes a bunk bed with trundle and shares the full bathroom with the second bedroom.

*5-night minimum stay required during spring break and summer; 3 night minimum stay during fall; 2 night minimum stay during winter.

• 2 parking passes issued for two-bedroom and larger homes. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit
