The space features a flat-screen TV and a dining table for six, creating a comfortable setting for shared meals, game nights, and time together after a day at the beach.

The first-floor kitchen is designed for easy vacation living, complete with bar seating that invites conversation while meals are prepared. Just off the main living space, the downstairs primary bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ample storage, and a recently renovated private bathroom, providing a relaxing and convenient retreat at the end of the day.

Upstairs, the second queen bedroom serves as a peaceful guest suite, featuring its own newly renovated private bathroom and flat-screen TV. This thoughtful layout ensures comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.

Additional conveniences include a stackable washer and dryer and an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off sandy feet. Sat to Sat 7-night minimum Spring Break and Summer; 5-night minimum Spring; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No children ages 13 -19 during Spring Break season.

• One parking pass issued per one-bedroom cottage. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit
