Perched on the third floor of the Dreamland Heights building, this stylish condo offers elevated views of the Gulf of Mexico and the vibrant town center below — placing you steps from Seaside’s iconic white-sand beaches, boutique shopping, and award-winning restaurants.

Ideal for couples or small families seeking a walkable 30A getaway, this thoughtfully designed retreat combines convenience, comfort, and coastal charm in one of Seaside’s most coveted locations.

Guests arrive at Dreamland Heights and take the elevator to the unit’s entry. Just outside the front door, a shared open-air deck offers seating and sweeping views of Central Square and the Gulf — the perfect spot to pause and soak in the atmosphere before heading inside.

Light-Filled Living Space with Private Balcony

The main living area is accessed via a ship’s ladder and spiral staircase, opening into a bright, loft-style space with soaring ceilings and expansive windows that fill the room with natural light.

The inviting lounge features a leather queen sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping accommodations, along with comfortable seating designed for relaxing after a day at Seaside Beach. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony overlooking Central Square and the Gulf of Mexico — an ideal setting for morning coffee, people-watching, or sunset cocktails above the town.

Located on the first floor of the condo, the king primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with large windows showcasing charming views of Central Square and glimpses of the Gulf.

Our rental experience was fantastic! Huge shout out to the young lady, our host, who moved her car so we could get a parking spot! Once parked, we dis not leave in our car again until we packed up and left. Plenty to do and see on foot and by the complimentary bicycles! We have visited Seaside several times kver the years, this is one of our favorite places to stay!

This is an older unit, but functional and in the middle of it all in Seaside. You can take the elevator down to the shops or walk across the street to the beach. Parking was a bit of an issue but property management helped when we couldn't find a spot. Homeowner's Collection=the Best!

This rental was ideal with dining, coffee, beach, tennis & pools all within a very short walk. Host was available if needed & extremely efficient with communication. Bed was quite comfortable & decor very tasteful.
