Outside, a cozy side porch swing and sunny outdoor space invite you to relax after a day at the beach or an evening stroll through town.

Comfortable First-Level Sleeping Retreat

The first level of the home features a serene queen bedroom with a private bathroom perfect for unwinding after sun-filled days. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently tucked away, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

Light-Filled Living & Kitchen Upstairs

Upstairs, the level opens into a bright and welcoming living space that doubles as a second sleeping area with a convertible twin sofa sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare casual meals, while a charming dining nook provides a cozy place to gather and enjoy views of the surrounding neighborhood.

• Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom home and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
