Upon entry, the open and light-filled living area immediately sets the tone. Designed with relaxed coastal charm, the space features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day spent at the beach or exploring Scenic Highway 30A. The fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating for three, making it easy to gather for casual meals or morning coffee.

Step outside onto the covered balcony, where Adirondack seating for four invites you to linger. From here, enjoy views overlooking the Seaside Amphitheater and glimpses of the Gulf shimmering in the distance—an ideal spot for sunset cocktails, people-watching, or live music drifting up from the square below.

* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer; 3 Night Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Golf cart policy: golf carts are considered vehicles; golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited—special circumstances and medical needs require a golf cart permit

The place was great. Perfect location. Love that there is a coffee shop right downstairs. It was clean and well stocked.The were very easy to get a hold of if we had any question and worked with us on our arrival time.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the magical location to the cozy accommodations we couldnt have been happier! Hoping to come back year after year, absolutely spoiled with having the ability to never even get in our car once we got to our condo. We just had the best time!
