• Adults-only accommodation (no children under the age of 12)
• Efficiency kitchen (no washer/dryer, oven, or outdoor shower)
• Access to Seaside amenities, including 3 swimming pools, 5 clay tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts (court fees apply), and a fully equipped fitness center
• Welcome tote featuring two beach towels, a complimentary bottle of wine, and two complimentary rental bikes available for pickup at the Seaside Transit Authority
• Personalized guest service throughout your stay with starter amenities provided
• Golf carts are prohibited for non-homeowners visiting Seaside
