Nearby, the indoor dining area seats six, while an adjacent screened-in porch offers outdoor dining for eight, blending indoor comfort with coastal breezes. Toward the rear of the home, a second living room with a flat-screen TV provides a separate space—perfect for multiple activities or quiet downtime. Completing the first floor is a comfortable king bedroom with a private en suite bathroom, ideal for guests seeking main-level accommodations.
Second Floor Bedrooms & Expansive Porches
The second floor features three additional bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Two guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds—share access to the large second-story front porch overlooking Seaside Avenue. This porch is beautifully furnished with chairs, a swing, and a table for four, making it a favorite spot for card games, puzzles, or post-beach relaxation.

*Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $275 pet fee. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture. No pets over 70 lbs.
For additional room, the one-bedroom guest house, Carriage House, may also be rented.
* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, & Summer; 3 nights Fall; 2 nights Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $175 pet fee, for four-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture.
