Inside, the home opens to a spacious, family-friendly living room designed for together time. A large flat-screen TV anchors the space, while a thoughtfully curated library wall filled with books and games makes it easy to unwind or entertain. A table for four offers flexibility for casual meals, puzzles, or game nights after a day at the beach. Just beyond the centrally located staircase—open to the kitchen for an easy, connected feel—you’ll find a generous kitchen and dining area with seating for six, ideal for shared meals and relaxed conversation.

The kitchen features granite countertops and a large central cooking island with a built-in cooktop and oven, making it both functional and welcoming. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying a home-cooked dinner, the layout is designed for effortless vacation living. A convenient half bath is also located on the first floor for guests.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs, offering privacy and quiet at the end of the day. The cheerful queen primary suite is filled with coastal charm and beach-inspired touches, complete with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination. The second queen bedroom overlooks the West Side Pool just across the street, offering peaceful views and a prime Seaside location. The third bedroom is a colorful, kid-friendly retreat with plenty of space to sleep and play, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle—comfortably sleeping three.

If you need more room you can also rent KARIBU, the guest cottage that adds a bedroom and living area and sleeps up to 4. Rent these together and you’ll have a wonderful teen suite or grandparents suite that makes this property a perfect vacation home for your family.
