The front of the home faces the iconic Tupelo Gazebo, while the back opens to a peaceful sandy footpath leading directly to Rose Walk Park—a shaded, tranquil space perfect for children to play or for quiet morning strolls beneath the trees.

Inside, a bright marble-floored foyer welcomes you home. Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, making this layout ideal for families. The primary king suite offers a cozy reading chair, built-in shelving, dual closets, and a mounted flat-screen TV. Its newly renovated ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub and sleek quartz vanity—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

Across the hall, the cheerful bunk bedroom comfortably sleeps four with two twin bunk beds. This room also includes its own updated ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and single vanity, offering comfort and privacy for guests of all ages.
