Recent upgrades include a refreshed kitchen and bathroom, recessed lighting, two-zone air conditioning, upgraded soft furnishings, and the addition of a compact washer and dryer. At just under 450 square feet, Way Back offers a perfectly curated, cozy escape for two adults and a beloved family pet—proof that thoughtful design makes every square foot count.

Located on quiet Forest Street near the iconic Seaside Chapel, Way Back Cottage enjoys a peaceful setting just steps from Seaside’s most sought-after amenities. The adult and family pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and pickleball courts are just one block away, while the shops and restaurants of downtown Seaside are a scenic five-minute walk from your front door. Meandering sandy paths lined with classic Seaside picket fences lead you easily to the beach for sun-filled days on the Gulf.

Framed by a pine forest both front and back, Way Back Cottage invites guests to fully embrace outdoor living. Relax in Adirondack chairs on the front terrace, enjoy the shaded entry porch or upper balcony, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day, or grill dinner on the gas BBQ. These thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces extend the living area and enhance the cottage’s tranquil, nature-inspired atmosphere.

Inside, the main level features a compact galley kitchen, dining table, and a welcoming living area with comfortable new seating and a flat-screen smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day in Seaside. A discreet washer and dryer nook adds everyday convenience without sacrificing space. Upstairs, an easy staircase leads to the open bedroom, complete with a queen bed, flat-screen smart TV, credenza, closet, and a beautifully refreshed bathroom. The spa-like bath includes a walk-in rain shower, heated floors, and a heated towel rail for added comfort.

Two complimentary rental bikes are included with your stay, making it easy to explore Seaside and the neighboring 30A beach towns via the area’s extensive bike paths and scenic routes along freshwater dune lakes. A dedicated parking space is conveniently located directly in front of the cottage. Concierge services from Homeowner’s Collection are available to enhance your stay, including restaurant reservations, optional beach cabana setups, and pre-arrival grocery stocking.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $100 pet fee.
