Located behind the main home Sandy Toes, this private retreat is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and just 400 feet from the West Side Pool, making it an ideal getaway for couples or small families seeking both comfort and convenience.

Outdoor Living & Coastal Charm

Guests are welcomed by a cozy open-air front porch featuring club seating for two and a bistro table—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The cottage also offers a private rear grilling area with Adirondack seating and a charcoal grill, creating the ideal space for casual outdoor meals under the trees. A second screened porch off the bedroom adds another peaceful spot to unwind.

Comfortable Living & Thoughtful Design

Inside, the open-concept living space feels bright and welcoming. The living room features a built-in stereo system, LCD TV, DVD/VCR, and a double sleeper sofa (best suited for children). The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, four-burner electric stove/oven, and a full-size microwave. A breakfast bar seats two, with an additional dining table for two nearby—perfect for easy meals at home.

Private Bedroom Retreat

The king bedroom offers a peaceful escape with a mounted flat-screen TV, generous storage, and direct access to a private screened porch furnished with cushioned seating and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom has been recently updated with quartz countertops, a single vanity, and a tub/shower combination, blending comfort with modern style.

Added Comforts & Convenience

Grace Sea includes a stackable washer and dryer for guest use, making longer stays even more comfortable. For additional room, the main three-bedroom cottage, Seabiscuit, may also be rented, or the full 4-bedroom home, Sandy Toes.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
