• The second-floor king primary suite features sweeping Gulf views, a private balcony, and a spa-like en-suite bath with double vanity and marble shower.
• The first-floor king primary suite is ideal for late sleepers and includes a double vanity marble bath, a morning kitchen, and access to a screened porch.
• The third oversized suite is perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring two sets of double bunk beds, a play area, a 32-inch TV, and a private bath—comfortably sleeping four with room to unwind. (sleeps 4) 

Renovated Kitchen with Coastal Character

The open-concept kitchen has been fully remodeled with custom cabinetry, updated appliances, and a GE stainless steel dual-fuel range. Vetrazzo recycled sea-glass countertops and dark stained wood floors add a fresh, coastal-modern aesthetic that complements the home’s Seaside charm. (Please note: the kitchen does not include a full-size refrigerator.) This inviting space flows seamlessly into the living area, making it easy to gather, cook, and connect.

Enjoy DirectTV HD, a 46-inch LCD TV in the living room, 32-inch TVs in all bedrooms, DVD player, and Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. Two private off-street parking spaces provide added ease—rare for such a prime beachside location.

5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, and Summer; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
