The main level of Whatcha Dune features a bright and open floor plan designed for effortless entertaining and quality time together. The airy kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for four, while a cozy breakfast nook seats two—perfect for morning coffee. Adjacent, the dining area comfortably seats eight guests and flows seamlessly into the open living room, which is filled with natural light, generous seating, and a large flat-screen TV.
Just off the living room, a large open-air side porch furnished with Adirondack chairs provides a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach. At the rear of the home, an additional open-air porch with outdoor dining for eight creates the perfect setting for al fresco meals and evening gatherings. The first floor also includes a full bathroom and ample storage throughout.

Upstairs, Whatcha Dune offers a variety of thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces. The primary king suite features a flat-screen TV, private full bathroom, and access to a furnished screened-in porch with treetop and street views—an ideal spot to unwind. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the same screened porch.
The third bedroom includes two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request), generous storage, and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom shares a spacious Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the queen bedroom. On the third floor, a bonus bunk-style bedroom is perfect for kids or teens, offering two twin beds and one full bed, plus a sitting area with a flat-screen TV—ideal for movie nights or games.

One of Whatcha Dune’s standout features is its two expansive porches, which stretch nearly the length of the cottage and serve as natural gathering spaces.
