From concerts and galleries to boutique shopping and dining, Seaside Town Center is right outside your door. When it’s time for the beach, a short walk leads you to Seaside’s private residential beach at West Ruskin Pavilion, part of the largest private beach system along 30A.

Second Floor | Gourmet Entertaining & Outdoor Living

A private entrance from Ruskin Park—or a separate rear entrance—leads to a secluded second-floor terrace complete with outdoor dining and a natural gas Weber grill, ideal for relaxed entertaining.

Through double French doors, the expansive main living area opens to reveal a show-stopping 82-inch 4K Smart TV with Apple TV, Blu-ray player, cinema surround sound, Sonos system, and high-speed wireless internet. A hall bathroom with shower and a utility closet with a full-size washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

The gourmet kitchen is designed for hosting and features a Viking gas range with warming drawers, Northland refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and a full complement of small appliances. Just beyond, the dining room is furnished with a reclaimed elm-wood table seating eight, a Sonos music system, and a queen Murphy bed for added flexibility. French doors open to the front terrace overlooking Ruskin Park and the Fairy Forest.

Third Floor | Spa-Inspired Suites & Private Terraces

Double doors on the third floor open to the luxurious king primary suite, complete with a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom featuring a Kohler rain shower and a Tyrrell & Laing freestanding soaking tub for two. The suite also includes a 50-inch Smart TV, Apple TV, walk-in closet, dresser, and access to a private terrace furnished with comfortable seating.

Down the hall, a second bedroom offers a king bed that can be configured as two twins if desired, along with a Smart TV, dresser, wardrobe, side chair, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A library-style hallway connects the spaces, enhancing the home’s refined, residential feel.

A dramatic spiral staircase set over a glass floor leads to the expansive rooftop deck, where sweeping views stretch across Seaside, Seagrove, WaterColor, and the Gulf of Mexico. The deck features a sail-shaded lounge area, comfortable outdoor seating, loungers, a bar-height table, and a Sonos speaker system—creating an unforgettable setting for sunset cocktails and evening gatherings.
