We stayed at Homecoming over the 4th of July holiday. This was our third time to stay in Homecoming and it was wonderful again. It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway. Nice and close to the beach too.

Our rental was everything we needed for our anniversary weekend getaway. It was clean and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect, especially for morning walks to get coffee in Seaside, or to Watercolor for lunch.

This town of Seaside is absolutely charming. Although was have visited Panama and Destin for 40 years, this was our first visit to Seaside. The team at Homeowners collection was absolutely wonderful to work with and very prompt on communication. When we arrived were were excited to receive a beach bag, towels and a bottle of wine from Modica Market. The house is absolutely charming! It is tiny but has anything you can possibly need. When searching for a vacation property I wanted a house with a king bed and Homecoming an incredibly comfortable bed for our stay. The location is very close to the family pool for the days you do not want to go to the beach. There was free bike rental with our unit but we preferred walking through the well lit paths throughout the community. We would rent from Homeowners again and if is just the 2 of us we would rent Homecoming again.

This cottage had everything we needed and is in an excellent location behind Natchez street. We walked across the street to the pool, biked to the town square, and walked down the street to the beach path. The cottage is small and there are narrow steps in the cottage and stairs to the beach. We parked our bikes on the patio and sat on the deck overlooking a small park with art structures. I recommend this cottage for a young to middle age healthy couple. Loved the welcome bag and complimentary drinks at The Court as well. We would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I have rented in Seaside for years. You’re not going to want to print this, but we had had enough of Cottage Rental Agency, and my husband swore we would never stay at Seaside again. Then, someone we know told us about you. I told my husband to blame me if renting thru you guys didn’t work, and he said ok. OMG what a difference! Everything was great, from the communication, to the cottage, to, well, everything. Thank you, thank you so I have a chance to come back to Seaside - my happy place.

Perfect for two people ! Nice sitting area and kitchen - Cozy bedroom -The bed was very comfy.Nicely decorated. Kitchen is nice but only for light cooking. Fridge space is limited which is great - who wants to cook a big meal on vacay ?

We found Homecoming just as described. This was the cleanest rental we’ve experienced. There were some many exceptional touches we thought we were VIPs. The Homeowners staff were wonderful. We’ve vacationed on the Emerald Coast for more than 2-decades and found Seaside as the perfect destination. The private beach, shops, and restaurants of Seaside an awesome experience. We will be back very soon.

We had the most relaxing girls trip. The guest house was absolutely perfect. Very quaint, very clean and the homeowner’s collection was very accommodating and welcoming. Location was perfect for morning walks, afternoon bike rides, beach access and night activities. We will be back! I’ll likely stay here with my husband too!

First time to Seaside and our entire experience was wonderful booking through Homeowner’s Collection Vacation Rentals. Upon arrival , our cottage host, Ashley, met us and was so kind and answered any questions we had and even throughout our stay kept in touch with us to make sure our stay was excellent. This cottage was perfect for my husband and I and so convenient to the town square, restaurants, beach, shopping, and Timpoochee bike/walk trail. The amenities were great having 3 pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, private beach pavilion and complimentary bike rental. The cottage was spotless and decorated so cute. It was so relaxing and loved the location because it was so quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed for our stay. The area is just beautiful and we will definitely plan a return trip with the whole family.

Homecoming is a very nice property for two. Steps from the beach, easy walk to Seaside's town center, and tucked away from noise. Highly recommend for a getaway.

Great rental for two people. Enough space to relax in separate spaces, clean, bright with upgrades in the kitchen. Kitchen was used for quick breakfasts. Great location on quiet street and short walk to the beach.

This house was fantastic. Love the vibe, location, size, and layout. Everything was very clean besides the shower curtain. Also, the bed was a little too firm for us. Just a thought but if there were a water hose outside to help rinse the sand off that would have been great!

Homecoming was perfect for our summer vacation. It had everything we needed for the week. It was very clean and though it is small, it is well laid out and feels much bigger than it is. It was nice having a washer/dryer. Staying in Seaside is the way to go, having all of the amenities and close to everything you need. Having bikes included is definitely a perk. Will definitely be back and specifically go through Home Owner’s collection as it was a much better experience than going through VRBO or AirBnB

We absolutely loved this cozy cottage, located just steps from the beach. The place was spotless when we arrived and there were some lovely gifts waiting for us (particularly nice were the beach towels and insulated tote bag that we made great use of at the beach). Looking forward to the next time we can come stay at this beautiful spot.

My tween daughter and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful cottage and couldn't have been happier! Though the cottage is small, it has everything you could possible need. It was bright, spotless, and well appointed with ample storage and amenities. The location is perfect and easily walkable to the beach, pool, and all that Seaside has to offer. The included bikes, tote, towels and wine were the perfect touch. I highly recommend!

I have been vacationing in Seaside for over a decade and this was the first time I rented thru this company. The property was perfect for two! It has great storage, a washer and dryer, everything we could need in the kitchen, was comfortable and clean. When we got there, the water had been turned off and the agency got it taken care of in less then 10 minutes. I highly recommend the agency and this property! Have already booked my next visit!

Description of property and location was accurate and easy to find, was well maintained and fairly clean. (Multiple stains on rugs). Description of kitchenette mentioned only mini frig not counter top stove or microwave or toaster. That would have been helpful. However very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend to not more than 2 people. Property Management VERY helpful.

This is the cutest house (and I have stayed in plenty of houses in Seaside). If I ever live at the beach, this is the house style I would pick. Wi-Fi is a bit sketchy, but that is true for the entire area. Bed was big and comfy, and we loved the window treatments (good privacy options) and the hooks everywhere to conveniently hang anything! Great kitchen set up too.

This is the cutest bunagalow. It is tiny but has everything. A loft type upstairs with a comfy bed and fantastic view. It is a short walk to the seaside restaurant area along with tons of walking paths. Me and my girlfriend came here and fell in love all over again.

Perfect Cottage for 2. It had everything we needed at our finger tips. We loved the comfortable bed, strong shower, and efficient kitchen and living quarters. The pegs on the wall were especially useful and appreciated. The 2 lights next to the bed could have been better. They kept coming apart each time we used them. We went everywhere on our bikes so that was a nice bonus as was the beach bag, towels and wine. If we are ever back in Seaside, we'll definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Homecoming in Seaside. The location is great and the home was perfect for 2 people. The kitchenette worked for us knowing in advance there wasn’t an oven. The mini fridge held more than we expected. The ice trays probably could use replacing but they worked. Only other suggestion would be to upgrade to smart TVs in the house for those overcast days. Tv navigation was off. Also, WiFi is in the house next door so you may have to step outside at times to connect.
