Good Sunsets is a unique Seaside, Florida vacation rental that combines two separate homes—Goodobbies and Sunsets on Savannah—rented together as one four-bedroom retreat. Located just 118 feet from the beach and a short walk from Seaside’s Central Square, the property accommodates up to 12 guests and offers three king suites, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and the flexibility of two separate living areas. This layout is especially well suited for large families, multigenerational vacations, celebrations, and groups traveling together who want to stay close while maintaining some private space.

Two Homes Rented Together in Seaside

The main home, Goodobbies, is a three-bedroom, three-bath Seaside vacation home designed for comfortable group stays. Its spacious wraparound screened porch provides multiple seating areas and outdoor dining, creating an inviting space for morning coffee, family meals, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

Inside, the first floor features an open living area with two sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table with seating for ten. A separate media area includes a large TV, Sonos soundbar, and bar nook with a beverage refrigerator. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a four-burner gas range with griddle, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and breakfast nook with seating for five.

Comfortable Bedrooms for Families and Groups

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bunk room sleeps four with two twin bunk beds and includes a workspace, custom storage, and flat-screen TV. A nearby full bathroom features a walk-in shower. The first-floor king bedroom includes a sitting area, workspace, and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The entire second floor is dedicated to the primary king suite, creating a private retreat with an ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a soaking tub, and separate shower. An enclosed third-floor tower provides an additional quiet space to relax while enjoying views of Seaside and the Gulf.

Separate Guest House for Added Privacy

Located just behind Goodobbies, Sunsets on Savannah is a separate guest house that accommodates up to four additional guests. This unique setup is ideal for multigenerational families, grandparents, adult children, or friends traveling together who want to stay near the main group while having their own living and sleeping spaces. The first floor includes a comfortable living area with a queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, renovated full bathroom, and washer and dryer. Upstairs, the open king bedroom features a flat-screen TV, half bath, and efficiency kitchenette with an under-counter refrigerator, bar sink, microwave, and toaster. Bar seating for two provides a convenient spot for morning coffee or casual meals.

Outdoor Gathering Spaces

Between the two homes is a spacious open-air dining deck with seating for up to ten and a pellet grill, making it easy to gather for family dinners and evening meals. Guests also have access to an outdoor shower and a full laundry room on the main level.

• 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes. A golf cart is considered a car, and for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
• Pet Friendly. Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $150 pet fee for three-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture.
