Lemon Tree welcomes guests with a charming front porch overlooking a beautifully landscaped private yard. Adirondack chairs for four provide a relaxing spot for morning coffee, while two large ceiling fans keep the porch comfortable throughout the day. French doors open directly into the home's inviting living spaces. A white picket fence surrounds the front yard, with convenient bike parking for up to six bikes just inside the entrance. Along the side of the home, a shaded brick courtyard provides another inviting outdoor gathering space. The courtyard features outdoor dining for four, a bench swing, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach and enjoying dinner outdoors.

Bright Living Spaces & Renovated Kitchen

Inside, Lemon Tree features an open and comfortable common living area designed for relaxing and gathering after a day exploring Seaside. The central living room includes a comfortable sofa and three club chairs, providing plenty of seating for family and friends. A large flat-screen TV with a Sonos soundbar creates an ideal setup for movie nights or relaxing indoors.  Adjacent to the living room, the dining area seats four, while a central breakfast bar provides seating for four additional guests.

The renovated kitchen combines style and functionality with quartz countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, a four-burner electric cooktop, large double-door refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, toaster, and a well-equipped collection of dishes, cookware, and kitchen essentials.  Custom cabinetry provides generous storage, making it easy to settle in and prepare everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to family dinners at home.  A convenient half bathroom is located just off the main living area.

Four Bedrooms Across Two Floors

With four bedrooms spread across two levels, Lemon Tree offers a flexible sleeping arrangement for families and groups traveling together. The first-floor king bedroom is located just off the living room and features two closets, large nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. Its renovated ensuite bathroom includes a quartz vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower with both a rain showerhead and handheld wand. The second first-floor bedroom features a mounted flat-screen TV, blackout shades, and a renovated ensuite bathroom accessed through a barn-style door. The bathroom includes a quartz vanity, custom shelving, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, dual nightstands, a dresser, and a large mounted flat-screen TV. Down the hall, the custom-built bunk room is designed with families in mind and features two queen beds, providing sleeping space for four guests. Each bunk has built-in storage underneath, individual lighting, and its own mounted flat-screen TV. The bunk room also includes an ensuite full bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination.
