Around back, an additional outdoor living area provides even more space to unwind, featuring a newly installed charcoal grill and easy access from both the kitchen and a first-floor bedroom. Mature landscaping surrounds the home, offering privacy and a peaceful setting for outdoor dining or evening relaxation.

The first-floor primary bedroom offers convenience and comfort, complete with an ensuite bathroom featuring a charming claw-foot shower tub and classic pedestal sink. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide peaceful retreats—one with a queen bed and direct access to the expansive upper balcony, and another with two twin beds. Both rooms enjoy access to the elongated balcony, where guests can relax and take in the serene, tree-lined surroundings.
