Your home away from home, designed by renowned New York architect Alexander Gorlin, is a newly redecorated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome with designer touches throughout. 

On the first level, you’ll find two bedrooms – each with its own separate entryway. The first king bedroom is at the rear with access directly from the covered driveway. This king has ample storage, a large SMART HDTV, and a private bathroom with a single vanity and glass enclosed walk in shower. The second king bedroom faces Ruskin Park with French doors that can open onto the park. This king has a large smart HD TV and its own private bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed shower.

Make your way to the second level to discover the main living areas, accessorized with plenty of windows, allowing the beautiful outdoors to shine through. The large living room has designer furnishings, a large 65" SMART HDTV, and doors that open to an open-air balcony overlooking Ruskin Park. Adjacent to the living is a card table for four, perfect for game nights in. The formal dining room is off the kitchen and comfortably seats six. The updated modern kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and a newly added breakfast nook with dining for four.  Off the kitchen is the rear open-air balcony furnished with outdoor dining for six with tree-top views.

The third level of the home is the cherry on top. This level offers a king primary suite, with an attached full bathroom, as well as a separate home office space for anyone working remotely. The office faces the front furnished balcony overlooking Ruskin Park. This third-floor furnished balcony features two chaise loungers perfect for afternoon people-watching, or just enjoying the serenity of Ruskin Park views. The fourth story of the home is the true gem featuring an enclosed tower equipped with its own wet bar that leads to the outdoor open rooftop deck complete with two chaise loungers and Adirondack seating for four. This rooftop deck has incredible panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Seaside town!

Great space - four floors each with one or two balconies. The park can get a bit loud but you can always sit on the opposite side if you want to be outside.

Our family enjoyed @theBeach and the town of Seaside immensely. The home was impeccable, clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of living space for our big group and everyone enjoyed having their own bathrooms. The location was our favorite part! Ruskin Park is beautiful and so close to everything in Seaside, yet it is so serene you don't feel like you could be that close to the action of the town, restaurants, shops, etc. The beach was a quick walk as well. We absolutely loved the tower and deck for stunning views! A terrific vacation indeed. We cannot wait to return!

We could not be more pleased with our cottage for our family trip! We fell in love with it immediately. We loved that we all had king sized beds, which were so comfortable! The location was perfect - so close to the restaurants and shops and just a quick walk to the beach. Loved the decor and the space. We had a fabulous time @theBeach! Thank you to Homeowner's collection for quick responses and help with everything! We will be back.
