Stairway to Heaven is new to our program located in Ruskin Park in Seaside, Florida and comfortably sleeps six. This iconic townhome is named for its unique rooftop spiral staircase that leads to the fascinating views of the gulf and the iconic community of Seaside. These panoramic views can also be enjoyed from the exquisitely designed rooftop terrace. This modern townhouse was designed by internationally recognized New York architect, Alexander Gorlin. Blending distinctive architectural styles and decorated with outstanding personality, Stairway to Heaven is absolutely incomparable. The double-height glass windows in the living area allow for a spectacular view of Ruskin Place, a cohesive juxtaposition of the Live, Work, Play lifestyle concept. This polished home was featured in the 1996 movie 'The Truman Show', which is still remembered by a ''Rubeo Architects'' sign which hangs out front.

Step inside on the first floor and find the secondary living area that has a large flat-screen TV, an adjacent game table for four, and a mini fridge. This living room has two futon sleeper sofas to sleep two. Off the living room in the rear of the first floor is the first bedroom, a queen with two nightstands, modern furniture and decor, and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the living areas; the bathroom has a single vanity and a tub & shower combo.

Climb the stairs to the second floor where you find the primary living area and the modern kitchen. The upgraded kitchen includes marble countertops and all stainless appliances. The main living areas feature red oak floors, along with a curved wall breakfast area on the second floor. The powder room consists of ceramic tile and a Sappho pedestal sink. The extravagant oak and plaster spiral staircase leads to the third-floor primary en suite that encompasses marble countertops, a grand shower with natural light provided by the overhead skylight, and tiled walls. The primary en suite has French doors that open to a private balcony overlooking Seaside.

From the primary bedroom you will find a staircase that leads to a fourth-floor open-air rooftop deck with the iconic stairway to heaven. On the rooftop deck, you have Adirondack seating for four and two additional chaise loungers. This level provides 360-degree panoramic views of Seaside Florida, stunning gulf views, and amazing sunsets. Stairway to Heaven is named for its unique rooftop spiral staircase that leads to the fascinating views of the gulf and the iconic community of Seaside. These panoramic views can also be enjoyed from the exquisitely designed rooftop terrace. The rooftop deck requires adult supervision of children.

* * 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Very nice clean and very modern Seaside town house. Steps from everywhere. I was able to let my teens and pre teens roam the neighborhood and felt safe. Nothing but good things to say about the place and Seaside.

We cannot say enough great things about Stairway To Heaven and Seaside! The accommodations were excellent and the decor was gorgeous. Very spacious and comfortable. Seaside is a beautiful town and the location of this home was spectacular. Right in the heart of the town overlooking a park. We will definitely be back!
