GUEST COTTAGE: 1 KING BED  (sleeps 2)

Sandy Toes is the combination of Seabiscuit, the main front cottage, and Grace Sea, the rear guest cottage. Sandy Toes is conveniently located near the Westside Pool and a short walk to the beach. This popular Seaside rental has recently been renovated with a full facelift in 2017. The main home Seabiscuit is a Charleston-style cottage with three bedrooms sleeping 10. It has two levels of outdoor living spaces, which include a dining table for 10, numerous rocking chairs, a sleeping bench, a built-in stereo system, multiple TV/DVDs, and some of the most wonderful porches in Seaside. The home is a modified "dogtrot" style with first-floor bedrooms having entrances directly from the downstairs porches and the primary bedroom, kitchen, and living area on the second floor, accessed by steps of the enclosed front porch.

The first floor includes a king bedroom with a bath (shower only) and a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (three twins and one double bed) that share a full bath. Off of the bunk room in a hallway, there is an additional built-in bunk bed, with two twins and each with its own flat screen tv. The second floor includes the king primary bedroom with a dressing area and full bath, comfortable living room, large upscale kitchen, washer/dryer, and a spiral staircase that leads to the tower for terrific views of the town and the Gulf.

Grace Sea is the 1 bedroom rear guest house with everything on one level; a screened-in front porch leads into the living/dining room with a built-in stereo, TV, and DVD. The kitchen has granite countertops, a tiled backsplash, and a breakfast bar. The king bedroom includes a private bath and is also furnished with a TV and DVD. Extra bonuses include an additional comfortable screened-in porch with rockers and a ceiling fan and a private grill.

For additional options, Seabiscuit (3-bedroom) and Grace Sea (1-bedroom) may be rented separately based on availability.

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break & Summer; Fall 3 nights; Winter 2 nights. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

My family and I had a great time at Sandy Toes. However, if the main house and guest house are rented together there is only parking for two vehicles in front of the homes. If the main and guest house were rented separately, there would be no parking for the guest house.

Our group absolutely loved Sandy Toes - we rented both cottages for a large family gathering and it worked out perfectly! We loved the privacy that Grace Sea allowed. Both houses were immaculate and so beautifully decorated. We loved the location, walkable everywhere. We also loved the complimentary bikes that the Homeowners collection provided for us. That was a nice treat! We will definitely use them again to rent in Seaside. They know their stuff! THey were a big help to us in deciding where to stay and teaching us about Seaside. We highly recommend the Sea Pearl cottage and homeowners collection!
