This open front porch overlooks the peaceful front yard area that includes an outdoor grill. Step inside and this cottage has an open airy coastal vibe and the sought after open combined living floor plan featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining all on the first level. The living room features incredible designer furnishings throughout. The living room has a large sofa that provides a sleeper sofa for two more guests and a large smart TV perfect for movie nights in.

The brand-new kitchen is top of the line with all stainless-steel appliances, a massive double door refrigerator, quartz counter tops, six burner stove, dishwasher, a farmhouse sink, and breakfast bar seating for four. This kitchen is perfect for those chef’s that would like to cook in every evening!

Head upstairs to the second level to find the king primary suite, featuring its own private full bath with an incredible bathroom featuring both a deep soaker tub and a glass enclosed walk in shower with dual rain shower heads! Off the king is your own open air private balcony with seating for two and serene tree top views, another perfect outdoor nook for reading a book or morning coffee. Additionally, the second story provides a washer and dryer. This cottage is the answer if you’re searching for a new luxury guest cottage in Seaside, the perfect escape for a couple or young family all within walking distance to the beach and all things Seaside!

Need more room, you can rent the front cottage Sea Pearl, a two-bedroom cottage that sleeps five.

* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Our stay at Oyster Cottage was absolutely perfect! What a gem of a property- the aesthetic is beautiful, great location tucked down a gravel path in the trees, lots of natural light, the king bed is super cozy, the layout is nice having the bedroom upstairs and living down , we loved everything! You will not regret staying here or booking through Homeowners Collection!! We have never dealt with such a kind, communicative property management company that genuinely wanted you to enjoy every part of your stay.

This cottage was just a perfect getaway while we went to the 30A Songwriters Festival! Welcoming and yet cozy - the bedroom was spacious and functioned well. The living area and kitchen was able to serve our every need. We had to extend our stay by one day due to weather - not a problem! Everything exceeded expectations!
